Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, and is subject to the following conditions:

Proper Use: The warranty applies to machinery that has been used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and has not been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications. 
Regular Maintenance: The machinery must be properly and regularly maintained as per the manufacturer's instructions, including routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of wear parts. 
Original Purchaser: The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the machinery and is not transferable to subsequent owners. 
Prompt Reporting: Any defects or issues must be promptly reported to Aus Agro within the warranty period, and all warranty claims must be submitted in writing along with proof of purchase.
Evaluation by Aus Agro: All warranty claims will be evaluated by our expert technicians to determine the cause of the issue and the appropriate course of action, which may include repair or replacement of the defective part or machinery.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, improper use, negligence, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or any damage resulting from failure to comply with the manufacturer's instructions.
